PriDE manages Defence Estates’ South East Regional Prime Contract (SE RPC). Valued at around £380m, the SE RPC is one of five regional prime contracts currently in place in the UK.
Help Desk
A large element of the SE RPC consists of Core Services work which are the day-to-day activities designed to keep the establishment operational. With this comes the obligation to provide a remedial repairs service.
People occupying the establishment will use the PriDE Help Desk as the only communications channel for reporting faults and requesting updates on the progress of fault rectification.
The Help Desk is manned 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It receives over 4000 calls every month – that’s two calls a minute, all day, every day!
