Background

The project suffered an initial four week delay as a result of amendments to the PriDE Health and Safety policy. As a result of an incident on another project, PriDE instructed a below ground services radar scan to be carried out prior to commencement of construction activities. Despite losing additional time through adverse weather conditions, the four week delay was successfully reduced to two weeks.
